Return Process

  Log into your Moen account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original Moen packaging with all mounting hardware, instructions, and components included to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the exterior of your return box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
